FlexPass Rules & Key Dates (Please Read)
FlexPass is a season commitment, and we want everything to be clear upfront so there are no surprises.
Season commitment (by location)
When you register, you’re committing to the full season for your chosen location.
Penticton: September–June
Osoyoos: October–May

We’re actively hiring and may add more days as staffing expands.
Group Lessons: Withdrawal Windows are available at the end on the month rates are based on each month an totaling the owed amount with a extra $31.50 per month you are leaving left in the season.
30 days notice is required should a emergency occur contact the office to discuss options.
You may withdraw from group lessons at two points during the school-year season:
1. Withdrawal Window #1: January ( Last payment: taken at the beginning of December including withdraw fee) (in addition to that month’s payment)
2. Withdrawal Window #2: March (Last payment: taken at the beginning of February) (Note: withdrawal fees apply in addition to that month’s payment)
Private Lessons: Rescheduling + Makeups
Private lessons follow our 24-hour reschedule policy. Makeups must be scheduled and completed before the end of the month to receive the makeup lesson.
Complimentary Private Lesson (Group + Micro/Mini Groups and semi private) This is in Lou of no make up lessons for missed classes. (our policy for water waves cancelling classes will still be in place,)
All FlexPass group lessons and micro/mini groups and semi private include one free private lesson. This helps with assessments, group placement, and recommendations.
Penticton (complimentary private lesson timing)
· Private lesson time slots available in September on select dates.
· If none of the September dates work, you’ll have another opportunity at the end of June in Penticton.
Osoyoos (complimentary private lesson timing)
· At this time, Osoyoos will have one opportunity for the complimentary private lesson due to the shorter season. (This will be at the end of may)
· Osoyoos families are welcome to join lessons in September or June (Penticton season) if that helps with timing and placement. (Note penticton drop in fee will note be included)
Facility / Drop-In Fees(Penticton vs. Osoyoos)
· Penticton: families are responsible for the facility drop-in fee. This is not included in the FlexPass membership.
· Osoyoos: the facility drop-in fee is included in your FlexPass membership.
