Withdrawing from FlexPass
FlexPass is a season commitment. It evens out payments so every family gets a consistent spot for the whole season, without having to compete for one.
30 days' notice is required to withdraw. If there's an emergency, please contact the office to discuss options.
Withdrawal windows
Private, semi-private and micro/mini group lessons: You can withdraw at any point in the season. with 30 days notice and completion of your withdraw fee.
Group lessons: You can withdraw twice per season: January or March.
January window: your last payment is taken at the beginning of December and includes the withdrawal fee.
March window: your last payment is taken at the beginning of February and includes the withdrawal fee.
Why group lessons have set windows: Group classes are booked for the full set. Families who register and pay for a whole set can't withdraw partway through, so Flex Pass families can't either. Fixed windows keep it fair for everyone and keep classes full for the families who are counting on them.
How withdrawal fees are calculated The full season is split into even monthly payments. When you withdraw, your fee depends on:
how many lessons you've already received compared to what you've paid,
how many lessons are left in the season, and
how many monthly payments you're leaving.
Every withdrawal has a minimum fee of $31.50 for each month remaining in the season, to cover admin costs. For example, leaving with 6 months remaining has a minimum fee of $189.00 (6 × $31.50). Your fee may be higher depending on where you are in the season. Find your lesson day, lesson type and the month you're leaving in the tables above for your exact amount. The fee is due on the last Friday of the month you withdraw. pricing for both monthly fees and with draw fees are listed below click on the day you would like to register for and the service fees are based on if your booking a private or group lesson.
Not ready for Flex Pass?
That's okay. You're always welcome to register for just the lessons you want. Without Flex Pass, your lesson spot isn't guaranteed, and you'll need to fit into the open times in our schedule. The exception is if you pay in full up front for all of the lessons you'd like, in which case your spot is reserved.
